Can I use this German chamomile pre blended with jojoba oil in a ultrasonic diffuser?

German Chamomile Essential Oil is a deep, dark blue hue due to the presence of the sesquiterpene chamazulene. During steam distillation of the essential oil, the natural matricin that is present in German Chamomile reacts to form the chamazulene that we find in the oil.

I bought this smell and a grapefruit from aura cacia through iHerb. The German Chamomile smells HORRIBLE and is blue. No chamomile smells like this especially not the fragrant German kind. And why is it blue? It is a yellow flower with white leaves and jojoba oil isn’t blue either. Stinks, want to return it. The grapefruit one is delicious smelling and I use it in my diffuser, but i really wanted the chamomile for relaxation - i used to get the Aveda chamomile, but they no longer make it. Bummer!
