I would say Yes to both. I'm a vegan and I also avoid gluten. The ingredients are simply ~ Carrots, Onion, Peas, Potatoes, Tomatoes, Bell peppers, Celery flakes, Green beans, Parsley * All ingredients are dehydrated
I have no idea about the facility or where the vegetables are processed but I'm very sensitive to gluten and I haven't had any problems at all. I hope that helps!
