Sorry I am unable to help you with your question. My daughter uses this vitamin as she has autism and it helps calm her during the day. She takes 3 caps daily along with 15 other vitamins as she is not in any medications. Good luck.

Hey there :) First, I'm NOT a doctor, so I'll write my personal opinion only, and you shall ask your doctor about the supplements and drugs you take! So, PCOS usually goes with insulin resistance and troubles, you know, and that's the first place I felt the effect as I'm having subclinical form of PCOS. When I started taking inositol in October 2019, I couldn't handle more than 1g per day as it made me extremely hungry! Now I'm ok with 2g/day, and the dose acts on my mood too :) So you may need to adjust the amounts for yourself, just take care and pay attention to how you feel. Hope it helps :) And consult a doctor!!

Speak to GP. Supplememts can be just as powerful as medications. I would supply the research my dr gave me but by the sounds of your question i think you are not a suitable person to give that info too. ALWAYS consult a GP before taking supplements to assist with a medical condition
