Since I've started taking this I've had horrible insomnia. I take it with my lunch around 1pm. Could this vitamin be the cause?

Take these multivitamins once a day after your breakfast. Then there will be no problems with insomnia)

Not really. re: insomnia:1. Sudden worries/fears/anxiety? 2. Avoid large portions of sweet/peppery/salty foods at night; 3. Avoid too much of blue light exposure; 4. Supplement with Magnesium, have some dairy with your dinner 2h before bed.
