NAC is pharmaceuticaly derived from the amino acid cysteine. The amino acid cysteine is also in high protein foods. NAC is also a precursor to the body's ability to produce glutathione.

N ac is pharmaceuticaly derived from the amino acid cysteine and is found in high protein foods like tuna salmon chicken legumes cheese and yogurt and others.
