If I m taking 3 meals per day, I should take 1 capsule with each meal..? that means 3 capsules a Day...?

Hi, I did that in the very beginning and it works really well. Now I only take it once a day. My friend was very sensitive and she couldn't take after every meal because it made her go to the bathroom like crazy. Try little by little. I am not sensitive so I could use it after every meal and everything was normal.

The recommendation is to take one capsule per meal. However, if you study up on what aids digestion and consider how easy what you're eating is to digest, you may be able to skip some meals. For example, if you have fermented oats and papaya for breakfast, you may not need to take an enzyme capsule because the fermentation process partially digests the oats and continues to do so in your digestive system so long as some bacteria from the culture remain viable. In addition, papaya contains enzymes that help digest your food. Pineapple also contains enzymes, but it's very sweet so might cause some issues of it's own if your gut is damaged. (Many Americans have damaged guts and don't realize it, so don't assume you don't.) If, on the other hand, you eat a large cheese omelet, sausage, and cream cheese on a bagel, you're going to need much more help digesting your food and may want to also drink orange juice for acid to aid digestion and take these enzymes as well. I have used these enzymes with much success in helping my older body digest food and healing my gut and am reordering because it helps me be able to consume more types of food and larger quantities of harder to digest food without suffering joint inflammation. I highly recommend this product.

Yes, and if you have serious problems with digestion, take one every time you eat. - even if just a snack.
