I have heard that it does and actually it helps anyone - men or women not to get too upset and grumpy at the little trivialities of life (pot does that too but pot has TOO MUCH estrogen so long term not a good idea). If you are having trouble sleeping you might try lifestyle changes (dont eat too late in the day so that food upsets your sleeping, dont drink caffeine after noon) And you might try the smallest amount of Melatonin you can find to purchase, cut it in half to start out and put it under your tongue as soon as it starts getting dark at night.

this product is made with soy and not wild yams. it is keeping me up at the moment so i have discontinued use
