Good morning! Unfortunately I have not received the product purchased through the site. I tried to send mail for you to know the status of delivery but got no answer. I wonder which city in Brazil sent the product because I have the same monitor. I have read in several sites in Brazil that people are failing to order products on the site because they do not receive even after they arrive in Brazil. It would be useful to get in touch with the Federal Revenue of Brazil to see what problem is occurring. Thanks.
