UPDATE : my 5 year old daughter has been taking 1 EpiCor capsule every day for the past 5 weeks. During this time she was in great health and she was not absent from kindergarten at all during this 5 week period. For my daughter who catches cold and runny nose every month, this is great imprisonment . She would normally be absent from kindergarten for 1-2 weeks every month due to the fact that she easily catches every virus/bacteria that comer her way. For 3 years since she attends crèche/kindergarten this is probably the third time she has been attending for full 5 weeks with. I thing EpiCor works wonders. I will surely continue to use it. I finally managed to order the children's epicor as it's out of stock so frequently. I am glad I managed to get my hands on it. I love it. I started giving it to my 5 year old daughter as she often tends to catch a cold and often has runny nose. It's a great immune booster. Yeast provides great benefits to your health. I bought the 30 capsule package to try it out. The capsules are regular size, although I thought they would be smaller so they could be more suitable for children. My 5 year old is fine with the size and she swallows them no problem. I tried to give it to my 2 year old by opening the capsule and diluting it with water or youghurt but she really does not like the taste. My 5 year old got away with a cold just this week. She had a runny nose and cough and the epicor stoped it within 2 days. I love it so far and I will be getting the bigger package for sure. I am even thinking of ordering epicor for my hsband and me too.
