I love every product of coconut available on Earth =) coconut flour is my beloved product for making raw kind of pie. I add some water, coconut milk to the flour, some coconut sweet nectar or coconut crystals, raw cacao powder by Navitas, some coconut oil, mix everything well with wooden spoon , add some raisins and leave in the fridge over night. Next day I have raw healthy coconut dessert with my morning coffee =)

THis would be a top choice if i did not turn to edwards' version of coconut flour. This is a little off white, closer to beige colour but what really makes this second to edwards is that it lacks the coconut fragrance. Still, if you would like a low carb flour but doesn't fancy coconut, this is the flour to go with.

I have never tried any coconut powder before, but I'm cutting down on the carbs and desided to try this for baking. I have only used it for baking muffins so far, and it worked very well for that purpose, no clumps or anything. So the quality on this product is excellent. But the coconut-taste is unavoidable, and whatever you are baking won't get fluffy like with normal flour. I really don't get why so many reviewers have said that there are no coconut-taste from this, cus the distinguish coconut-taste was very obvious for me. Plus you get kinda sick of it after eating coconut muffins a few times. I'm kinda unsure what else I can use this flour for.

nice product, no overpowering coconut taste. When they say that you only need a fraction to substitute for a cup in a receipe, they mean it.... otherwise it seems to soak up the moisture like a sponge. Have not tried any other coconut flours to compare, but have been using different nut flowers. This stuff works nice as part of a receipe to dilute the almond, or whatever nut four you are using, taste.

I dont know if you can use it as a direct substitute for normal flour, but it is a lot of recipies on the internet with coconut or almond flour, and it worked great for me, I have baked bread whith this fluor, and it is great.
