Dr Oz is right! He said to eat a handful after every meal to reduce bloating. I am severely bloated which appears to be caused by ascites linked to liver problems. I ate about 10-15 of these (they are tiny) and the bloating went away. I now eat some after every single snack. They are very aromatic, taste sweet a bit like peppery fennel. An acquired taste, a bit strong at first but I just think about the benefits. Dr Oz said they help digestion, in addition to keeping one svelte. They're a bit hard to chew, get in between the teeth, but I manage. The seeds are thin, elongated, and come to a sharp point but so far have not pricked my gums or tongue. They are soft yet hard at the same time. I have sensitive teeth and yet they do not hurt me. This bottle will probably last me a good couple years!
