I love these already soaked and dehydrated raw pumpkin seeds! Nuts and seeds should generally be soaked/sprouted before consuming, as this makes them easier to digest and eliminates phytic acid and enzyme inhibitors. These are delicious with just the perfect amount of unrefined salt!

I am not fond of these and will not order again. They are pretty salty and not very tasty. At first I liked them, but after a few bites, they seem to leave a funny taste in my mouth. Maybe that's just what pumpkin seeds do. I like the fact that they are raw and dehydrated, but I think without salt would be better.
