I take alternately different Klamath algae because of the rich mineral composition. Spirulina and chlorella are known to everyone, and Klamath algae are superior to them, besides there is only one source of their production and it is as clean as possible (the high-altitude volcanic lake Klamath, located in a clean area), whereas spirulina can be grown anywhere.
There are many minerals in Klamath algae, incl. rare and they are already in organic form, i.e. fully absorbed. We with the child drink on 1 piece per day.
Gelatin capsules of the most standard size are opened, are swallowed normally. You can open and powder add to the mask for hair or face.
