The magnesium oil roller with arnica is great way to massage a painful spot while on a trip or outdoors, just anywhere and so easy to apply. I had a sharp pain in my knee, while running down some stairways - soon after rolling some of the liquid on the spot, rubbing it in for some seconds, I felt at ease and healing. Soon I forgot all about the previous pain and it also never came back. It is really a good product, just know after massaging the oily substance, it has no smell which is great too, to wash your hands, they get a bit salty and maybe itchy from the magnesium in it. Feeling pain in the knees or shoulders for instance - it is just an 'easy fix', no messy thing at all. To use on the neck or the arms, wherever, maybe the massaging is not even that important, probably as soon as the magnesium and the arnica are applied on the skin, the healing process starts. Of what I experienced, the pain was gone real fast. I would recommend this product definitely.
