I got recommended by our doctor to use this to help with our baby's sore gassy tummy at night. We haven't been using it for too long on a daily bases, but I do feel it's helping. I am never short of this culture of probiotics. I don't take it as a supplement, I use it to ferment all kinds of foods. Virtually any food can be fermented, making it more absorbable and digestible, in addition to the probiotic load, which is multiplied in this way. As an example, the fruits, which, crushed and in their own juice, obtain a kind of raw and probiotic jam. Simple and easy.

I have read about Reuteri in the book Supergut and was happy to be able to buy it here. It is definitely making changes in my biome and I will add to this review in a couple of months to see how things progress. BTW I added a spoonful to my homemade non-dairy kefir and it worked! the quality of this product lies not in the dosage, size, but in the ingredient, that should work from the stomach down, in the duodenum. BUT most other supplement on the market just dont do that. that's where the benefit of this product comes from. The package helps ur digestion for quite a long time.
