Cyanocobalamin is a bad form

Cyanocobalamin does not occur in nature, leaves cyanide behind for the body to process. Will throw away. Methylcobalamin is a better alternative.

no flavour/bland taste

maybe bad batch, but this one had no sweetness - very bland. wanted to take cyanocobolamin version as it is recommended by Dr Greger (nutritionfacts.org). I have used Now methyl b12 in the past and that one had a nice sweet taste.

B12 in form of cyanocobalamin and not Methylcobalamin

This B-12 is in the form of cyanocobalamin instead of the highly absorb and natural active form b-12 as "methylcobalamin"... . I looked around a lot of reviews and reports on B-12 and i discovered that this Cynocobalamin form of B-12 isn't the best form of B-12 to take because it's made of synthetic material and very cheap and less safe unlike the methylcobalamin form. I made so many mistakes this time around. i wanted to order the "B-12 as methylcobalamin" and not this...
