Rewarded Review

In my next order from iHerb I decided to try tea. I’ve never tried rooibos before, and besides, on the website it ranks first in popularity among teas, and there was a promotion on it when I ordered it. I liked that each bag is individually packaged serving. For some reason the tea was called red, but when brewed it doesn’t look like red at all, more like black. Brews richly. The second time too. I personally don’t like black or red teas (like hibiscus), in general I’m a coffee lover and only drink coffee, I only like green tea and herbal teas from the pharmacy. So, I liked rooibos. It is not at all like either red or black tea. I don’t like black ones because they are all bitter to me, and red ones are sour. Rooibos looks more like some kind of vanilla drink, and herbal tea. Very pleasant, warming taste blend. It smells very much like vanilla and you can feel it in the taste, but I don’t feel any citrus at all. But the stevia is very noticeable. This is a natural sweetener, for some reason it is added to many teas on IHerb. I don’t put sugar in my tea, and I’m generally out of the habit of eating sweets, but stevia doesn’t bother me and doesn’t seem excessive. The pharmacy teas with liquorice root that I bought in the city were much sweeter. But I like the taste of both stevia and liquorice, everything is much tastier than with sugar. I still recommend this tea, although it is strange, it turned out to be very tasty for me. In addition, the composition is natural and caffeine-free
