The powder dissolves easily in room temperature water, but it takes a while before the cloudy solution turns clear. There is also a distinctive flavour to the glutamine drink. The first time I tasted it it was repulsive - it tastes it has a umami flavour. Kind of like how MSG would taste like. With that said, the taste can be gotten used to over time. I tried adding it to soup and it made my soup taste more flavourful! But later on I read that L glutamine is heat sensitive, so don't add L glutamine to anything hot!
