I bought this again based on some Youtube science stuff. Apparently it's supposed to raise Glutathione levels better than taking Glutathione. Well.. Im calling BS. Since I switched over, I have felt significantly worse. I will keep trying it but there is a lot of junk science out there and I am unsure if this is beneficial to my situation or not.

Another long time staple of mine. Great for replenishing glutathione levels, which is the primary antioxidant that your body uses for overall detoxification. Only thing is that it is a bit acidic, so taking it with or after a meal IMO is recommended. I would say this is one of the main supplements that everyone should have in their cupboard, even if they don't need it, as a backup for when you are feeling ill or feel like you are coming down with something. Also I forgot to mention for people with liver problems this is a must have, as glutathione is primarily created in the liver.
