This cream is nourishing & light at the same time. I have been using it for the past 10 years. I am a Cosmetician trained in an Eastern European country & I used to make my own cream.. until I discovered Welleda. Forget the hype and stop buying all those fancy brand face products. This cream is good for all skin types. For oily skin, after you put it on, you will need to maybe lay a tissue over you face and just press gently so that the tissue absorbs some of the excess cream. For all other types of skin, this is the only cream you need.

I use this cream for more than 3 years now, it makes the baby's skin soft though the calendula smell is quite specific.

Very moisturizing but I really don't like the smell. Also, it's definitely not recommended for the face since it's way too heavy and greasy. I use it on my feet.

I hoped this would help unhappy facial skin and I really like it, it's calming. Would certainly be way too heavy for the face in summer, but makes a nice barrier cream in winter. Does a little bit towards helping spots on their way, too. One thing I don't like is the strong scent - seems really overpowering. For that reason, I don't use it all the time. Based on the scent, I would have expected this to cause irritation to my skin, as sometimes I react to essential oils if they are too high in concentration. So far so good, though.
