I've been taking this product for a long time and it really helps lower my cholesterol which is high through genetics. I don't like taking statins at all and this along with pantothene is doing a great job...

I add two TBS to morning oatmeal. Great way to add healthy fiber. Keep in fridge after opening.
Taste great and do not have any chunks. Quality product. Full of Omega 3! (: Act today and grab this superfood today!

Bob's Red Mill always has great products and the flaxseed is one of them - I use it in oatmeal, smoothies, eggs, baking, everything! It's subtle in taste and super healthy!

Sprinkle a tablespon over my cereal or yogurt every morning to give me my omega-3's, lignans, and fiber. I use the meal over the whole seed because it's easier for my stomach to digest. Highly recommend

I started eating it the day it arrives, I will mix 1 tablespoon of flaxseed meal with my oat bran together with my unsweetened soy milk. It taste great... and I love it. Flaxseed meal is full of omega 3 ALA, antioxidant and all ... i will strongly recommend you to get it too A tip for everyone, do store your flaxseed meal in the fridge or freezer...
