By itself... it's just ok. I'm not going to lie I was a little disappointed, and it wasn't as rich as other raw dark chocolate i've tried, especially considering it's 70%. Based on that and the price, I wouldn't buy it again but, as another reviewer suggested, I think i'm going to melt it down and make some little chocolates out of it, or bake with it, I suspect it will be much nicer used those ways.

It's just ok. Doesn't have or impart a real taste of chocolate like what I am accustomed to eating. Perhaps, its mainly because they did not include any chocolate liquor in this product - just doesn't have that real bittersweet kick to it.
It's really good, but comes in one big lump, melt it down and put in your own moulds its the best raw chocolate I've tasted.
This Chocolate is Healthy and Delicious

This chocolate, believe it or not, is low in sugar; only 4 grams (1 tsp.) per 2 tbsp. It also has the healthy Flavonoids that accompanies organic 70% dark chocolate (cacao). melts nicely to make a great hot chocolate drink, but the health benefits are highest eating it raw as is.

Comes in a very large disc ( think hockey puck but bigger) that has to be cut with a heavy knife. Great for recipes and toppings. Can shave off bits with a knife for a great fruit or yogurt garnish. We love this chocolate, but it may not what you are looking for if you are wanting the convenience of a scored bar. This one requires some work, but it is all high quality ingredients & tastes great. The benefit of it being uncut is that you can chop it however you desire & the large puck is easy to store until you are ready to chop off more.

This is good chocolate. I made the mistake of ordering this when it's hot so the texture wasn't as it should be due to the heat. Will order again but wait until the weather is a little cooler.
Money waste !!!! This product came in awful condition

It was disaster, seems it was melted and frozen again, so the structure of chocolate was badly damaged. It wasn't happens during the postage, because the other chocolate products in this parcel were perfect. So, final verdict - Money waste.
Better than most

Most raw chocolate is too expensive. Sometimes costing more per pound than luxury truffles or similar. This works out at a reasonable $4 per 100g - not very far off cheap, non raw chocolate. And is delicious. It IS sweetened - and I think it could be less sweet. But the sweetener - coconut nectar - is one of the better types of sweetener out there (blood sugar wise, at least). Overall, delicious. Super healthy. No nasties. And the best price for any raw processed chocolate on the market. ( a smidge awkward to eat as comes in one large block - but nothing too diminish the overall happiness)
