Only thing is that the tubes can't be wash, but I leak some breastmilk on it. I put into the washing machine... it can't be used again. Otherwise, they are nice for hot and cold press.

it is easy to heat it up and easy to use

I usu use this straight out from the freezer. Esp during my first week of establish stable milk supply it helped ease the pain and discomfort. I wore my usu nursing bra and place it inside the bra for a few minutes for relief. Only drawback is if it gets milk stain you can't wash it. However this is much more comfortable than the plastic/rubbery feel of other breast cool pack. I got one of those from Lansinoh the plastic type it was very hard and uncomfortable I ended up not using it.

Works as intended, just a bit awkward to use. Very flimsy and hard to keep in place.

Not like those plastic type that may poke yr sore nipples. Great for first few weeks of nursing. Just not easy to wash.
