I have studied which is the best combination to increase my energy level (including a better sleep) and slow down the fast aging - it proves that liposomal NMN together to resveratrol and some quercetin works good together. I started taking Resveratrol about 3 months ago in order to try and control post training inflammation and I'm pleasantly surprised with my improved recovery after hard training sessions. I've also noticed improvement in my skin elasticity and facial wrinkles are also starting to appear less apparent. I recently noticed that I was getting a little leaner and then I read that it has positive effects on insulin sensitivity as an added bonus. Overall a great product worth trying and the NOW brand quality is top notch as usual.

I noticed a few reviews mentioned that anti-aging was yet to be proven; however, while doing my research for supplements, Harvard confirmed that resveratrol does provide those benefits, among many others. Supplements take time to adjust in your system, so if you're also trying this product, I would suggest giving at least 30 days before throwing in the towel.

Good product, I liked the ingredient, if more than 60 like at least 90 will be better, resveratrol is a good herb to use epigenetic purpose, for package I like screw one because easier to get only one capsule without touching others.
