High quality. Be careful not to take more than one capsule at a time - one morning, one evening. I took two together the first day and was ill! Otherwise, excellent source of zinc.
Lot's of us need zinc in smaller doses - this provides an answer.

Got rid of hip pain from osteopenia

I added this zinc to the other things I have been taking for osteopenia. I immediately noticed that the hip pain which I always have on the right side was gone! This is huge. I don't ever want to be without this again.
Great Price ~

This Zinc Citrate is so easy to swallow because it is so small, so is a delight. Seems to do the job, too.

Read warning label
Posted by Reviewer1188247 on Jul 21, 2013
This product arrived with the following warning label: California Proposition 65 Warning: This product contains lead, a chemical known to the state of California to cause birth defects or other reproductive harm. There is a warning label on the picture of the bottle on IHerb website but this is partially obscured so only knew when arrived (from USA to Australia). Customer service advised that I would have been asked to accept this warning prior to ordering but can't recall this and certainly wouldn't have ordered it if that registered for me. Much more expensive to ship back than to wear it. Have been advised by IHerb to contact manufacturer to discuss my concerns.
