I really like this crispibread, especially when one adds sun butter.

A good and healthy alternative to other crispbreads on the markets

The strands of wheat are really sharp. When you take a bite, these shards are left and they are really sharp. I feel they will cut my mouth.
Surprisingly very good.

Ok the taste is not perfect. But if you put olive or garlic tapenade it's very good. Good alternative for a gluten free product and it's different than just Rice cake.

As a type 2 diabetic, I have to be careful with surgars. Buckwheat unlike other carbs has been found to not spike sugar levels (they're not sure why yet) so for me it's a great bread substitute. These are light and have a lot of crunch... I've shared them with friends at work and they've all commented on how they are great "for when your mouth is bored" (a Korean saying) and tasty (not dry and cardboardy like rice cakes). I live in Korea and basically take the "buns" they sell at work, transfer the stuffings from the bread to these crispbreads and have them for lunch.
