contains diazolidinyl urea

I was searching for new conditioners that has Jojoba oil and tea tree oil. I knew I should have read the ingredient list once again more carefully. Shikai, Tea Tree Conditioner has diazolidinyl urea, which I think is banned in Europe (increases risk of cancer). Usually when the description start with a word "Natural", you'd expect more. Hopefully they come with a new and improved formula. This tea tree conditioner leaves hair great and peppermint give a refreshing feeling. Bottle is much nicer that what it is on the picture.
A little wanting

This xonditionermfeels,good on my hair while it sets but after I rinse it out it doesn't feel and moisturized as I expect. I do like the scent though.
