I bought this because it has Lactobacillus gasseri in it. A game changer for me too btw. Research shows it aids with weight loss and general gut biome issues, and it definitely does. I've been using anti-biotics regularly due to chronic infections, so this has been really helpful. Would recommend anyone just giving it a try, its cheap too!
