Cheap, few fillers and reasonable dose per tab

There's nothing wrong with magnesium oxide. After trying many different forms of magnesium, it's my belief that people 'gravitate' to different forms of magnesium because of the benefits of the salt (e.g. sulfate, citrate, glycinate, etc), rather than the magnesium. Personally, I believe most organic acids are better for cleaning the toilet with (e.g. citrate/citric acid - amazing toilet bowl stain remover), and I find amino chelates awful (e.g. glycine/glycinate - neurotransmitter antagonist). While I generally prefer magnesium oxide on it's own, these tabs are very small, easy to swallow, and seem to be well utilised, though would prefer no silica. I like the 100mg tabs because I don't like to megadose - 100mg is a good top up and in theory avoids interferring with other minerals (e.g. manganese). They're also cheap. Best food source of magnesium - pumpkin seeds. 28g (1oz) of pumpkin seeds contain approx 150mg magnesium. If low magnesium is an issue for you, suggest avoiding high molybdenum foods - molybdenum is a potent antagonist. If this review was helpful to you, please click YES below - thank you. Pretty good at bed time help relax muscles,I have cfs/me, and find sleep hard so these were great for sleep and pain relief alike, lots in bottle good value
