I use this product periodically to get rid of those extra pounds. You need to follow the directions exactly and it works great. I do not do more than 21 days every 6 months. Works for me.

honest opinion!. This is a great product to cut down your appetite and it really does help. I was 110kg , it's been 6 days now, I went on a scale and saw that I've weighed down to 105kg. I'm impressed. Of course, you have to follow the rules. And the food is the most important part of the whole diet plan. AND YOU HAVE TO STICK TO IT! Otherwise, you have to start all over again.
