I use one sheet per week and so far so good. I keep those masks in the fridge and when I need to relax, I stop everything, lay down and apply one sheet on my face for 20 minutes and it feels pretty good. It keeps my skin looking fresh and luminous and the price is right imo. I like that it is easy to use, all in one sheet and simple. I just wish they made the eye holes a bit bigger bigger, lol. I usually have to cut the eye part a bit more to fit my eyes but overall, I am glad I ordered this product.
