Not a good quality Multi. Reason: Many of the vitamins are not in the most absorbable forms (eg. B12 (cyanocobalamin) Mangesium (oxide) Zinc (oxide)) All these forms are not very absorbable. Look for another multivitamin.

I used to have allergies for Vitamin C when I was a child. Since that time, I tried a lot of different multies, and everything went smoothly, untill these ones. I had a terrible allergy again!

Unfortunately for me, product contained ingredients above RDI. It was seized by customes in Norway.
