iHerb’s eGift Cards are easy to purchase, gift, and use! Below are frequently asked questions regarding the iHerb eGift Card experience.

  1. How do I check my eGift Card balance?
    You can check your eGift Card balances here. Enter your 16-digit gift card number, pin, email address, and complete the reCAPTCHA if prompted to do so. Then select, “Check Balance”.
  2. Do iHerb eGift Cards expire or have any fees?
    Our eGift Cards do not expire and there are no fees. iHerb only offers eGift Cards, which are sent electronically.
  3. Are iHerb eGift Cards refundable?
    Our eGift Cards, once purchased, are not refundable.
  4. Are items purchased with iHerb eGift Cards refundable?
    Items purchased using an iHerb eGift Card can only be refunded as Rewards Credit (store credit). Rewards Credit may take up to 24 hours to become available to use and applies automatically during checkout. Please note, Rewards Credit can only be deposited to your active iHerb account and expires after 90 days of being granted if left unused. To check your current Rewards Balance, please refer to My Rewards and check your Recent Transaction table for additional balance details.
  5. Can I reload my iHerb eGift Card?
    Additional funds cannot be added to an existing iHerb eGift Card. If desired, you may purchase another eGift Card.
  6. How much can I load onto an eGift Card?
    The maximum per eGift Card balance is $250 USD and the minimum is $10 USD. Also, the total purchase of eGift Cards for any one individual may not exceed ten thousand dollars ($10,000.00) in one calendar day.
  7. Can I use multiple eGift Cards on a single order?
    You may use multiple eGift Cards on a single order, up to a maximum of 10 eGift Cards per order. Simply enter the required information for each eGift Card in checkout to redeem on your purchase. Once eGift Cards are added to your account, select and choose which eGift Card(s) to use. EGift Cards cannot be used to purchase other eGift Cards.
  8. My eGift Card isn’t working. What now?
    Recently purchased gift cards may take up to 24 hours to be available to use. eGift card purchases must be approved, undergo fraud screening, and other processes prior to activation. If you can’t use your eGift Card after 24 hours have passed, please check the eGift Card’s balance to ensure available funds. If you are still experiencing issues, please call 1-877-836-5389 or email for further assistance.
  9. Can I send myself eGift Cards and then forward them to my friends, colleagues, and family?
    Yes, you can send yourself eGift Cards. When purchasing eGift Cards, simply select “This is for me” under the “Personalize” section. Then, enter your information on the checkout page. Once you receive the eGift Card via email, you can forward it to others.
  10. I recently purchased and sent an eGift Card but the eGift Card has not been received. What should I do?
    Occasionally eGift Cards are intercepted by spam filters; please check with the recipient to see if their eGift Card is in their spam or junk folders. It is also possible that the email address was incorrectly entered at the time of purchase; please check the email address you entered for the recipient in the purchase confirmation email.   11. Are iHerb eGift Cards available for all countries?
    Currently, iHerb eGift Cards are only available to customers in the United States.
