I have been quite sick lately, and taking alot of pills, so I can't tell which pills are working, but I was told when sick or under stress to take 20 to 25 thousand units of vitamin A per day. So I take one at breakfast and one at lunch.

Vitamin A with bargain price

This has Vitamin A (as palmitate), and with the 10,000IU I wouldn't take this daily. Maybe 1-2 times a week. You get a year supply of Vitamin A with just 2.83 dollars. I call this a bargain.
