The drug is recommended to be taken in 5-10 mg (0.5-1 tab.) 1 to 3 times a day after meals for 2 months. Before discontinuing the drug, the dosage should be gradually reduced. Repeated courses are possible 2 - 3 times a year. I drank 1 tab. 2 times a day after meals. The result pleased me - firstly, the headaches were almost completely gone, attention and concentration increased, memory improved - I began to forget things and things that were constantly flying out of my head less often. A friend also likes this drug, says that in addition to improving brain function, it reduces the manifestations of VSD (vegetative-vascular dystonia). About the fact that vinpocetine can lower blood pressure. In my life, my blood pressure is reduced - a maximum of 110/70, and so taking vinpocetine did not affect it in any way. It is a pity that they were removed from sale.
