I first read about this product on a guitar website, for tendonitis in the fingers from practicing guitar. That is why I tried it. I was expecting it not to help, but it worked! It didn't just make the area feel hot or cold, it made it feel better. I tried it on my "tennis elbow", and that is now gone, not even wearing that elbow strap any more. I have purchased 4 more tubes.

I'm sure that this is a great product, but it rubs off. I prefer an oil based product (this one is water based), which will not rub off.
