Purchased at iHerb

has worked excellent as an anti-bloating agent and clearing out my stomach but doesn't seem to have any soothing or calming effect. i'm looking for something soothing so i'll probably concentrate on slippery elm for daily use but i don't mind having this on hand in case i need to combat any future bloating episodes.
