Excellent Product! No drowsy feeling and you feel very peaceful, calm and serene. Like the name Zen suggests. It helps alot in handling stressful situations without getting anxious or stressed out. It is a great product and not habit forming helps in getting a good nights sleep also. It definitely beats taking medications or anti-depressants.
