Catnip is in the mint family, and so it has a hint of mint in it's flavor. Otherwise, the flavor is subtle, a little earth, and can be a little bitter. It is suitable to my health needs and a pleasurable tea to drink. I like it, but I would prefer that the dried leaves simply be cut up and not rolled up or granulated. Maybe they have been nearly pulverized and just that, which is OK, I guess. I am writing this to you to be frank, not so you can use it in some advertisement quote.
