I drink this 2-3 times a day. Great way to alkalize. Not many products out there that don't have sweeteners, enzymes, or probiotics. Easy to stir in water and tastes fine. Really noticed health improvement.

Too soon to tell

I still fall dead asleep in the afternoons from fatigue, and I was hoping this would keep my energy up all day. I will take begin taking this at noon instead of in the morning, and see if that helps.
