Started eating these last week....No idea of they are doing anything. But, from what I read, they will be doing some work. Been adding to everything: breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Don't really notice the taste. I heat them up in the frying pan and then grind them in my mortar and pestle. Keep in the fridge and add to food ever meal.

Seems like I'm the only person who doesn't eat flax seeds. Maybe I should add them to my diet. I use them to make a hair gel with water and a few essential oils. I this gel works better than store brought dry and it cuts the drying time in half. It used to take my hair almost a day to dry when I did wash n gos. Now it only takes a few hours. This gel also helps define my curls and leaves my hair moisturized. No more crunchy hair from the gel cast. This has become a staple product.

Great ground up with Sesame Seeds, Sunflower Seeds, Sunflower Seeds, and a few choped nut. Sprinkle on breakfast, or use in baking.
