Excellent organic whole grain oat flour.
Posted by Caerulea on May 12, 2014
In addition to being whole grain, USDA certified organic, unbleached, unbromated, grown without synthetic pesticides, free of any chemicals, additives, or preservatives, and great in different recipes, this oat flour is loaded with health benefits. Rich in dietary fiber, vitamin A, E, B vitamins (thiamin, niacin, vitamin B6, riboflavin, folic, and pantothenic acids), iron, manganese, calcium, phosphorus, selenium, magnesium, zinc, copper, potas sium, phytosterols and antioxidants, it's beneficial for people suffering from diabetes, hypertension, high cholesterol, obesity, cardiovascular conditions, heart disease, gastritis, acid reflux, nausea, indigestion, osteoporosis, arthritis, rheumatism, acne, eczema, psoriasis, dermatitis, as well as many other skin conditions, and even cancer. It helps stabilize blood sugar and regulate insulin levels, prevents blood spikes keeping you full longer, flushes toxins out of the body, aids digestion, prevents heartburn and acid reflux, increases appetite, soothes the stomach lining, reduces colon inflammation, normalizes blood pressure, lowers triglycerides and LDL or "bad" cholesterol levels while increasing HDL or "good" cholesterol, protects against strokes, atherosclerosis and peripheral arterial disease, boosts and strengthens the immune system, neutralizes free radicals, improves brain function, helps maintain healthy bones, teeth, joints, skin, nails, and hair, and even reduces the risk of cancer, not to mention that it's great for baking. I love this organic whole grain oat flour and add it to different recipes: not only is it really delicious, it also helps normalize my cholesterol levels and blood pressure and relieves the symptoms of my acid reflux and gastritis. It's an excellent product and alternative to chemical-filled toxic white flour. I would recommend it to anyone wanting to have a healthier diet.
Great for people suffering from gluten sensitivity and celiac disease.

This organic whole grain oat flour is really delicious, great for baking, gluten free, which means that it's suitable for people suffering from gluten sensitivity and celiac disease, and healthy: it's an excellent source of fiber, vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants, as well as a great alternative to wheat flour. I make cookies, pancakes, and muffins with it, and they taste so much better. My family loves them. So glad I discovered it on iHerb. It's an excellent choice, if you care about your health.

Just used it with rolled oats and dried cherries and brown sugar to make chewy oatmeal cookies. Mmmmmm..... (Just remember to soak the dried cherries in water first.)
Just for people who like that special touch

My 10 and a half month old baby really likes this! I make a big bowl the night before and give it to him the first thing in the morning. I mix it with mashed avocado, mashed banana and steamed cod for a healthy meal!
