Bought this flour to cook porridge for my 5 and half month old as his first cereal. so far i am very satisfied with th quality and my son loves his cereal. what i love is the fact that it is high in fiber and so my son doesnt get consipated. would definately recommend it to mothers who want to start their kids on a healthy cereal.

Great oat flour

I love this oat flour and theres multiple uses for it. Good for baking, making pancakes etc and for face mask. Works really well on my face as it tightens my pores. Add honey and apple cider vinegar and then apply to face, leave on for 20ins and wash off with luke warm water. Tone n moisturize s usual.
