Natural food in the real sense of the word, slightly dry and without much flavour, but it fills you up and I actually like the fact that it is unsweetened. Already added to my wishlist and would recommend!

Ok Puffed low calorie cereal...No better than Puffed wheat,,, Wouldn't go out of my way to get this again...

Tasty puffed grains, good flavour, doesn't get soggy nearly as fast as Arrowhead Mill's puffed rice. I like it, but Arrowhead's puffed millet is still my hands-down favourite for soft nutty taste and sturdiness in milk.
