Good for a low carb flour

trying to stay low carb and this flour helps for adding some flour in recepies when needed. No distinctive taste..can't pick the difference in baking between this and normal flour

Really enjoyed this product and was able to make some tasty muffins either savoury (with cheese) or sweet (with cinnamon). Will be reordering

This is absolutely great stuff for baking once you learn how to use it. Be aware that both the taste and the smell are absolutely horrifying before baking, but the aroma fades away in the oven. I will definitely order this again, for it works so great on both sweet and salty pastries.

This is soy flour like soy flour is supposed to be. It's a little lumpy, but that's no problem when you stir it a little. It doesn't have that pungent soy taste or smell. Very good substitute for regular flour!
