I took these and had them while I was travelling around Europe and the UK...sometimes I couldn't find gluten free or just plain healthy foods. I had a sachet of coconut oil instead and actually lost weight! Any excess coconut oil was used as a great treatment for my hair or as a great moisturiser and sun protector.
