Very good taste, and healthy. Doesn`t affect bloodsuger, but that is not what I`m into right now, so I count all the carbs. But it`s still a good product for me.

Like most of the Atkins products, this one comes close to similar higher-carb products and doesn't sacrifice the taste or texture. Very nice.
