I experimented with this a lot, and could never get a dosage that worked for me. A full scoop made me nauseous as soon as I started working out, got the shakes and the $#!+$. Didn't matter when I had eaten before, or how much water I used. Half a scoop, still slightly nauseous, but not bad, no other effects. Also didn't notice much positive change either. Never felt energized, no matter the dosage. I want a pre-workout powder that gets me pumped up, helps me go harder, longer, and get more gains. Even better if it helps recovery. This did none of that. The best for me so far (for the price) is Cellucor's C4. I'm going to stick with that.
