I have been taking bach remedies for several years and really like them. Each one is has something different to offer depending on what you are looking for. Taking them consistently is a must for effectiveness.

It's so much cheaper from iHerb - he lives in Japan. He claims that these flower essences help him enormously. I concur. He is much more relaxed. Very effective!
