I have never taken Bach Flower Essences before but I am very impressed with the results I have had with this essence. It's not like a "Wow, I feel better now" kind of rush, but a subtle over time you realize your spirits have risen a lot.

A friend recommended this product to me due to stress & anxiety that's associated with my Major Depression diagnosis. I don't take any psych meds anymore but occasionally the stress of daily life becomes too much. My friend advised me to take a few drops under my tongue 2-3x a day - and the results were remarkable!
